At SubliBlanks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sublimation supplies. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all blanks are protected to prevent damage during transit, and include your RMA slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned blanks, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
